DIRECTIONS

1. Add the warm Soy Drink to the water and dissolve the baker's yeast in it. Mix the flours, flavouring them with the vanilla pods, then mix them by slowly pouring the liquid with the dissolved yeast.

2. Sweeten with honey and add the beaten egg and yolk. Finish with the Soy Spread and a pinch of salt and knead the dough with the hook attachment of your mixer for 10 minutes to obtain an even mixture (that will be soft). Cover and leave to rise for two hours.

INGREDIENTS

350 g “00” type flour
110 g all-purpose flour
40 g almond flour
20 g baker's yeast
80 ml OraSì Soy Drink
About 80 g water
1 pinch salt
1 egg, room temperature
1 egg yolk, room temperature
1/2 vanilla pod
130 g OraSì Soy Spread, removed from the fridge 15 minutes before use
100 g acacia honey
