DIRECTIONS
1. To prepare the smoked paprika sauce:- Dissolve the smoked paprika in 100 ml of Soy Cooking Cream
- Cook for three minutes, remove from the heat and add the tomato paste
- Season with salt and let cool
2. To prepare the sweet paprika sauce:
- Dissolve the sweet paprika in 100 ml of Soy Cooking Cream
- Cook for three minutes
- Season with salt and let it cool
3. Cut the turkey breast into chunks and cover them in the flour, eliminating any excess, then brown the chunks in a pan with the Soy Spread.
4. Divide the sauces among six spoons, filling three with the sweet paprika sauce and three with the smoked paprika sauce, then add a bocconcino (chunk) of meat to each of them.
5. Decorate the three bocconcini in the spoons with sweet paprika with a drop of sweet paprika sauce, a carrot round and a sprinkle of chives; decorate the other three with a drop of smoked paprika sauce, a piece of celery and a piece of chilli pepper.
